- Business outputs and performance: My main focus is to support the team to achieve its business objectives – now and in the future.
- What makes a high performing team: I recommend that the team complete a high performing team assessment. This gives people a common language around high performance as well as a team perspective on where they are in relation to what good looks like.
- Team practices: Depending on need, I can work with the team on communication styles, decision making and how they work, learn and grow together. Individual understanding self and others underpins my approach to this. I use Lumina Spark, an amazing professional development tool that supports individuals and teams to work more effectively on their working styles and preferences.
- The team’s contribution to the wider system: I encourage the team to understand their value-add to customers, stakeholders and colleagues through third party feedback or data analysis.
