Your contact information and data are stored securely in Google Drive in accordance with data protection laws and are accessible to specifically authorised employees of Sue Frost Consulting and only on password protected, encrypted devices. All operators are employed under contracts that set down strict confidentiality regulations governing their behaviour.

Your rights around your data

We maintain strict adherence to the GDPR guidelines on your rights regarding your data. At any time you make requests concerning access, portability, restriction and erasure of your data with us by emailing info@suefrostconsulting.co.uk.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Security and data protection (including Suppliers)

We maintain strict security standards with a view to preventing unauthorised access to your data. We use leading technologies such as (but not limited to) data encryption, firewalls and server authentication to protect the security of your data. Sue Frost Consulting observes these privacy standards and any third parties who work with and for us (as they may do to provide services connected to our work) are required to observe these privacy standards under NDA.

Profiling Questionnaires

If you complete a profiling questionnaire you will be asked to provide some personal information. We collect and store this information in order to perform statistical analyses and to provide reported outputs. This information is kept strictly confidential.

​Questionnaire responses will be compiled, and findings will be made available to you in the form of a report. Some reports will need to be fed back to you by an accredited feedback facilitator. The feedback facilitator may be a Sue Frost Consulting employee or a third party instructed by you, Sue Frost Consulting, or your employer. If you do not want your data to be used in this way, please do not complete the questionnaire.
