- Lumina Leader Portrait – a questionnaire, psychometric report and one to one de-brief that will increase your awareness of your own unique leadership style and show you how to lead naturally and with authenticity.
Peer feedback with the optional Lumina Leader 360o review will give you the opportunity to see yourself through others’ eyes and observe the real impact of your leadership style. - Your Leadership Signature workshop – a 90 minute workshop to give you an understanding of what makes you unique and how to build credibility as a leader
