I’ve been coaching leaders and teams for 10 years and I coach to Association for Coaching standards and Code of Ethics. I am also an ILM Level 7 qualified coach and a member of the Association for Coaching.

Executive Coaching for teams

Qualified in the methods and academic rigour of Systemic Team Coaching®, I will work alongside a team over a period of at least 6 months, using a blend of 1:1 coaching, organisation development and facilitation.
