  • What makes a high performing team: I recommend that the team complete a high performing team assessment. This gives people a common language around high performance as well as a team perspective on where they are in relation to what good looks like.


  • Team practices: Depending on need, I can work with the team on communication styles, decision making and how they work, learn and grow together. Individual understanding self and others underpins our approach to this.


  • The team’s contribution to the wider system: I encourage the team to understand their value-add to customers, stakeholders and colleagues through third party feedback or data analysis.
