Leigh is an associate of Sue Frost Consulting. She is an experienced and highly qualified leadership development and career coach with an ILM level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour (Birkbeck). She is a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) and is trained in ORSC relationship systems group coaching.
Leigh is experienced in using a range of Lumina products including Lumina Spark, Lumina Emotion, Lumina Team, Lumina Talent and Lumina Leader/360. She’s qualified to administer a range of psychometric assessments as a BPS-certificated Test User (Occupational Ability & Personality).
A former Senior Civil Servant, Leigh has over 25 years’ experience working in senior and strategic roles in Government, at the BBC and in the global technology, media/communications, regulatory and services sectors.
As a result of her previous policy work in government, Leigh has been actively involved in championing gender diversity in the European videogames industry for a number of years.
Julie is an associate of Sue Frost Consulting. She is a leadership and team consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator with a specialism in problem-solving in complex, adaptive systems. She is a Henley-trained coach who works with leaders and teams to navigate complexity and uncertainty.
With a background in private, public and charity sector management, Julie works with a wide range of organisations, teams and leaders across different sectors, in order to help them adapt, thrive and create positive social and environmental change. These include Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, IE Business School (Madrid) and GlaxoSmithKline.
She also regularly performs improvised comedy in the UK and at international festivals and builds a strong understanding of organisational psychology and management theory into her applied improvisation work with teams.
Julie is a member of the Association for Coaching and holds the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, the Henley Professional Certificate in Coaching and a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching. She also holds an MBA in Public Service Management and is currently studying for an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School. Julie is a Trustee at Dementia Carers Count and a volunteer mentor to young entrepreneurs with The Kent Foundation.
