Sue Frost
I’m an executive coach, systemic team coach, facilitator and leadership development specialist who has worked with hundreds of leaders and teams from top executives to front line teams and businesses in the private and public sector.
My career spans organisation development and design, operational leadership, strategic development, business planning and project and programme management.
As a former senior leader in the Civil Service, I’ve led many successful teams. I’ve also designed and delivered a range of executive leadership development programmes, team coaching and development programmes and cultural change programmes – including coaching and mentoring initiatives.
I set up Sue Frost Consulting to give team leaders and team members the hands-on help that I wish I’d had at all stages of my career. I offer a range of practical tips, tools and advice that will make an immediate difference to the success of your team. I do this with empathy and with a wealth of experience and insight gained through working with leaders and teams just like you.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching and have regular coaching supervision. I have an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching. I am a qualified organisation development and design specialist. I'm also an associate of consultancy company Ernst and Young.
